Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

As we move forward in this highly competitive, globally diverse market, we are committed to helping our clients strengthen their diversity and promote a more inclusive culture. We partner with our clients to assess their diversity and inclusion gaps, help them set strategic direction, and prioritize measurable actions.

Advancing Diversity and Inclusion

Leaders play a vital role in creating an inclusive workplace.  Biz Credence’s insights help leaders gain a comprehensive view of their company’s position from a diversity and inclusion perspective, identify gaps, and impact the company and its stakeholders. We work with clients to define what shifts leaders need to make—and where to focus investments—to advance diversity and inclusion.

The Right Mix

It’s important to look at workplace diversity across multiple dimensions:  gender, race and ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, nation of origin, persons with disabilities, and socioeconomic status. Each company should focus on “the right mix,” aligned to their unique goals.

Unleashing the power of diversity

As the workforce continues to evolve, organizations that lack diversity will fall behind in the war for talent. Research shows that diversity is an essential component in employee engagement and talent retention, driving innovation, creativity, and an improved bottom line.

Despite the data, only 5% of CEOs are women, which has not significantly changed in decades. And while approximately 98% of employees say their company has a gender diversity program in place, only about a quarter feel that they have personally benefited from a diversity intervention.

The global social movements further elevate the increasing pressure on organizations to change this dynamic. While leaders play a critical role in creating a work environment where all employees can thrive, millennials have different expectations regarding culture and working norms.  Progressive and forward-thinking companies will win the battle for the employer of choice.

Our Approach

Why do some diversity measures work and others fall short? Many companies strive for increased diversity through a trial-and-error approach, hoping for good results. When efforts fail as they often do the results are a waste of resources and often frustrating for employees.

Biz Credence partners with companies to design and implement proven strategies to improve diversity and inclusion within an organization. We use data to assess your company’s position, identify gaps in your diversity and inclusion efforts and help you define strategy and implement tangible measures that make a meaningful impact.
