About the Role
As a Technical Writer, you will serve as the knowledge architect of the product team. Your role is to make technical complexity invisible by delivering accessible, structured, and accurate content. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and product owners to create best-in-class product documentation for both internal and external use.
Requirements
Own the documentation lifecycle from planning, creation, review, publishing, to maintenance.
Liaise with engineering and QA teams to extract core technical information from code, test cases, or discussions.
Create internal SOPs, onboarding materials, and dev-to-doc handoff templates.
Follow and help enforce documentation style guides and governance rules.
Participate in product release cycles to ensure documentation readiness.
Incorporate version control in document updates and maintain changelogs.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and support content as needed.
