About the Role
You are expected to be a business-first enabler-connecting business strategy to digital execution with clarity, empathy, and analytical rigor. You’ll act as a translator, facilitator, and value validator across internal product teams and client projects.
Requirements
Conduct deep-dive business discovery with internal and external stakeholders to capture goals, blockers, and transformation levers.
Own and evolve documentation: BRDs, workflow maps, process models, feature matrices, and acceptance criteria for Biz Credence’s proprietary platforms and consulting solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data Science teams to shape roadmaps, drive sprint clarity, and ensure requirement traceability across the lifecycle.
Translate user insights and market trends into actionable features across digital solutions in FMCG automation, service desk, and corporate experience design.
Work with Strategy Consultants on performance dashboards, impact frameworks, and cost–benefit analyses.
Support internal and client-facing initiatives around workflow automation, BPA/ERP, and business continuity models.
Facilitate change enablement, training programs, and cross-functional alignment workshops for rollout success.
