We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, business development, and driving revenue growth. This role will involve promoting our products and services, conducting impactful sales presentations, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a key player in our sales strategy, the consultant will work to build strong client relationships and contribute to the expansion of our market presence in the region.

An ideal experience for a mid-level Business Development Consultant typically blends a solid foundation in strategy, client relationship management, and project execution, with some specialization in industry knowledge or specific business functions.

Requirements

1. Sales & Account Management

  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation to deal closing.

  • Solution selling for BPO services and upselling existing accounts.

  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas.

2. Industry & Product Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of BPO offerings and industry trends.

  • Legal and compliance knowledge related to sales and licensing.

3. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Qualify leads, conduct cold outreach, leverage social selling.

  • Use CRM systems for tracking and follow-ups.

4. Strategic Sales Execution

  • Create sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.

  • Plan and execute account strategies.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Build trust, retain clients, manage stakeholders.

6. Communication & Presentation

  • Deliver persuasive presentations, write clear proposals.

  • Conduct webinars and public talks.

7. Negotiation & Closing

  • Navigate pricing and SLAs.

  • Successfully close complex BPO deals.

8. Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage pipeline and forecast revenue.

  • Track KPIs like conversion rates and sales velocity.

9. Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, delivery teams.

  • Report insights and recommend strategy improvements.

10. Soft Skills

  • Adaptability, organization, customer-first mindset.
